After the disruption of the last few years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have the opportunity to learn from our experiences and transform ourselves, our practice, our future and our societies. In an Australian context, embracing the reforms identified in the Aged Care and Disability sectors, and this theme reflects our embracing of the transformative changes that will come from this, including end user led services, products, and practices.
