Summary

This documentation report describes the efforts taken in Colombia following the Violence Against Children and Youth Survey (VACS) as Government and non-government actors engaged in the data-to-action phase. Achievements of this phase included developing and implementing a data-informed, costed National Action Plan with cross-sectoral engagement, and supporting capacity strengthening at national and department levels on action plan implementation and adaptation using the INSPIRE framework. The milestones, key actions, and lessons learned from the development of the National Action Plan in Colombia are highlighted based on the qualitative methodologies applied, including in-depth interviews with key actors and a document review.
