This review is part of a larger study titled “Research on Implementing a Provider Behavior Change Approach to Overcome Socio-Normative Factors Influencing Hemorrhage Management.” Three sources were examined: (i) the survey on the preparation of service providers for to COVID-19 in the ATSINANANA and VATOVAVY-FITOVINANY Regions, (ii) the compilation and analysis of key indicators of maternal health and service delivery and (iii) the documentation of context-related factors in the face of COVID-19 in maternal health.
