Herein presented are the results of a case study in six health facilities in the Analamanga and Atsinanana regions. The goals were to document the modifications/ adaptations made as well as the impacts (positive, neutral, or negative) of these modifications on service delivery; and to take lessons learned to help the Ministry of Public Health develop the continued response to COVID-19 and other potential epidemics.
